Discrimination Is Against the Law

Our Facility complies with applicable Federal and Nevada State civil rights laws and does not discriminate and does not permit discrimination, including, without limitation, bullying, abuse or harassment, on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, gender, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or HIV status, or based on association with another person on account of that person’s actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, age, gender, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, pregnancy or HIV status.

Our Facility:

  • Provides people with disabilities reasonable modifications and free appropriate auxiliary aids and services to communicate effectively with us, such as:
    • Qualified sign language interpreters
    • Written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats)
  • Provides free language assistance services to people whose primary language is not English, which may include:
    • Qualified interpreters
    • Information written in other languages

If you believe that our Facility has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation and gender identity), you can file a grievance with our Civil Rights Coordinator. You can file a grievance in person or by mail, fax or email. If you need help filing a grievance, our Civil Rights Coordinator is available to help you.
